What would a 'circular economy' look like in Australia?

For government and businesses there's currently no model, framework or incentive to reduce, reuse and recycle, and create a "circular economy".

Last year the government created the Circular Economy Ministerial Advisory Group and today it hands down its interim report with recommendations on how to formalise a circular economy in Australia.
