Kanban is a popular tool to help #agile teams visualize and track their work.  It integrates well with #agile and #scrum teams and empowers them to understand how value is created within the organization and identify bottlenecks and impediments to progress.  

Traditionally, it has been an offline tool using post it notes and blue tape but over the past decade or so, digital tools such as kanbanize have launched and empower the team to achieve the same objective as the #kanban in an analog environment.
