There are so many opportunities each of us has to either come together in dialogue or stay stuck in our own echo chambers. When we choose to avoid conflict and walk away from confrontation, the chances are ZERO that we will ever learn and grow.

When protests go from being peaceful to being loud to becoming more like riots, it might be because people just aren't feeling heard.

There is another way. Not necessarily better, but different. And the only way to better is through different.
