Not knowing what you need.  

Not knowing what your 100% looks like.  

Not knowing if your sign was really a sign.  

Not knowing is something that comes up when we don’t take time to be still, listen and trust what our intuition is telling us.  

So today, follow Patty’s breathing exercise and just be.
