What should you look for when interviewing? How should you test job applicants? In this episode of the Logic and Life Coaching Podcast, Dr. Jacob Kashiwagi explains that the qualities to look for in candidates are if they're good at the job, if they like their responsibilities, and don't need a lot of instruction to do the role. The best way to test their aptitude is to see them do the job. The person you don't want to hire is someone you're going to have to put a lot of effort into for them to understand how to do the work.
