It's that time of year again... Everyone’s setting intentions for 2026. But here’s what nobody’s talking about: your intentions aren’t about what you want to achieve. 

They’re about who you’re being asked to become.

Most intentions fail by March. Not because you lack discipline, but because your identity rejected the intention.

If your intention is to make £500K, it’s not asking you for better marketing. It’s asking you: Are you willing to become the woman who operates at that level?

If your intention is to be more visible, it’s not asking you for a content strategy. It’s asking you: Are you willing to take up space without apologising?

Every new identity requires the release of an old one. So before you set your 2026 intentions, ask yourself: What is this really asking me to release? And who am I being asked to become?
