Carmen and Ralph realize that their sister Paula has been missing on a cruise ship for more than 24 hours, putting a damper on Ralph's plans to join the hairy back competition.  As this goes on the Captain's blundering choices, and desire to prioritize this own involvement in the hair back competition, will risk putting the lives of everyone on board in great jeopardy.
