Spring is approaching and it is time to get to cleaning and when I say cleaning I’m not only speaking about our homes yet cleaning our minds from all junk that does not add value to our mental well being. As an advocate for mental health, there has been many methods towards helping me maintain a healthy balance mentally and spiritually. My way may not be thee way yet it can add to your routine. Offering insights, advice, and guidance to help us get rid of any mental or emotional blocks we may have in order to experience greater clarity and peace with activities all designed to help us let go of what no longer serves us so that we can make more room for joy and abundance.
