Sometimes you just can’t beat a classic. And having recently celebrated its twentieth anniversary, Whatley Manor has long been a pillar of the Cotswold hospitality scene.

Venture down the tree lined meandering drive and you’ll stumble upon a cluster of ivy-clad buildings, manicured lawns and sun drenched terraces for soaking in long summer evenings. The food is refined and comforting, served with old school finesse while the hotel has cemented its sustainability credentials in everything from its spa to its kitchens.

And here to tell Molly all about it is Michele Melle, who has spent the past 20 years working in hotels including Claridge's and Barnsley House and recently took over the helm as Whatley Manor's General Manager.
