When we face uncertainty, we often default to the worst case scenario — and sometimes we even begin living as if the worst has already happened. But what if we gave ourselves permission to consider more than one possibility?
In this episode, we explore a simple but powerful practice: creating three categories of possibilities — the best case scenario, the realistic scenario, and the acceptable scenario. Together, these categories can help us release worry, conserve our energy, and stay present in our day rather than lost in a future we fear.
