In this podcast I share a sequence of 3 dreams that seemed very prophetic about world changes. The first two dreams confirmed what I sense as unavoidable and difficult, dystopian times ahead. In the third dream, I was shown the birth of a new world, filled with hope and possibility that is already being birthed amongst the chaos and control. Let's give our attention and affection tPo nurturing the new world that will rise from the ashes of the old.

In this podcast, from personal experience, I talk about the sense of 'Home'. Many people in our world today feel lost. Many others are homeless, or their physical place of home is being uprooted. Others don't feel at home in this world. Everyone has a longing for 'Home' at some level, and this draws us towards the state of Home or Unity, Oneness, Unconditional Love and 'Source'.

We live in an amazing time where our access to vast knowledge and information is right at our fingertips and expanding at exponential rates, especially now with the emergence of AI. This has come with tremendous benefits for individuals and humanity, but is there a 'dark side'? Can the accumulation of knowledge be limiting our capacity to access wisdom and truth?

Slowly, surely, the truth about many things is now being exposed. We’re finding out that we’ve each been ‘betrayed’ on many levels. This is propelling humanity into ever larger waves of shock, anger, denial, and depression. These shock-waves, also fuelled by unprocessed past grief, are growing in intensity and threaten to destroy everything in their path.

In this podcast, I look at what is and will be arising in our world as the truth comes out. We’ll look at what is unfolding in the world through the lens of ‘the Grief Cycle’ to give context to the social unrest arising in our world. Expect very rough seas ahead as we navigate these seas of unprecedented change. While it may get rough, there are healthy ways to ride out the storm and get safely to the other side. Together, we can get through this!

In this podcast, I explore the practice of asking, “What is true?” or “Is this true?”

In the coming years, this may be one of the most important questions to ask yourself. We already live in a world where it is difficult to know what is true. Misinformation, fake news, propaganda, censorship, and other corruptions will only expand in the era of AI, so the truth will get harder and harder to detect.

Getting good at discerning ‘what’s true” starts with becoming aware of and the letting go of the conditioning of our own mind. We need to be acutely aware of the stories and unknown lies we are telling ourselves. Asking 'What is true?" or “Is this true” helps us cut through all the crap – the stories, meanings, beliefs, assumptions, judgments, and opinions that arise out of the mind

What would FLOW look like or feel like for you? What if you could

Synchronicity and 'flow' states are among the most powerful, life affirming experiences we can have. They surprise us and delight us. They give us hope and demonstrate that we are truly not alone in this world. Through synchronicity we get a deep sense that there is a benevolent force guiding us into our best life - if we are willing let go of our attachments, open up to being surprised, trust, and follow the path revealed to us in these magical moments!

You cannot make synchronicity happen. It is out of your control. However, you can create conditions to increase their frequency.

What is pain? From where does it arise? How can you/we bring an end to pain?

Studies show that chronic pain (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual) is in increasing in our world. Around 20 percent of people in North America say they have chronic pain. 1 in 8 suffer from some kind of emotional/mental challenges including anxiety, loneliness and depression. Pain is at epidemic proportions.

In this What's Arising podcast, we'll explore pain from a metaphysical and holistic perspective. I'll tell some stories of personal experiences in healing physical and emotional pain. I'll also share some tips on how to discover the root causes of your pain, so that you can heal it or reduce its impact.

This episode has a similar theme to the last one on "Ending All War" but it seems to be arising again and again, so perhaps it is worth repeating in another way.

Resolving conflict is generally difficult. Emotions are highly charged. The risk of being hurt or hurting the other is high. Rather than resolving conflict with love, compassion and understanding, it becomes more about whether we win or lose the war. We often get stuck in blame, shame and right/wrong thinking. So what is the way out?

THE WAY OUT IS IN.

At the root of most conflict is 'Shadow', especially conflict that is highly charged. If we are going to fully resolve conflicts within ourselves, our relationships, and our world, we need to look deeper than the surface symptoms and heal the underlying trauma and shadows at the root of the conflict.
