For four months, I left the podcast go. My heart was heavy, my mind spinning with worry, and my spirit exhausted. I questioned if I would ever return to it. I contemplated a new name and look (this is still a possibility). I allowed the voice in my head to grow bigger and bigger that my words were not needed.

And, then, four months to the day of the last episode release, I felt the spark return and grabbed the mic.

This is the story of where I’ve been and a WELCOME back to all of my listeners.

With gratitude for your support and a peace in my heart that I am right on time on this release.
