We know that this question is the center of most HR meetings nowadays. Which one is better - online or face to face? And we believe that some people still prefer to have online meetings, while others are very excited to return to the office. 

And so, for our very first TAP TGIF Live, we decided to have a free discussion about which one is indeed better. I go for Team Face to Face since I would like to meet people in person rather than look at different small squares via Zoom, while my friend Josel is for Team Online because he can have the luxury of getting out of bed five minutes before a morning meeting. 

Now that we can see the light at the end of this pandemic, we should go back to school and the office. But this pandemic also taught us that it is more practical and safer to do things online.
