Authenticity is not something we have or don't have, and being authentic is not something we're trying to 'become'.  It's already in us.  Authenticity is simply a conscious choice to show up as the 'real' you!!

But in order to do that, you need to take a look at some of the things that get in your way. The layers of self-doubt, conditioning, limiting beliefs, social media influence, etc.  that may be blocking your expression ...of your true self.

Authenticity is letting go of who you think you should be, and discovering who you are.
