Something’s brewing on Louisiana Eats! On this week’s show we’re taking a

look at our local craft beer industry.

We begin with Bayou Teche brewery owner Karlos Knott.  Considering they are

celebrating their 10th year in operation, we thought it was the perfect

time to revisit with Karlos to see what’s been brewing in Arnaudville and

get a glimpse of what the future holds.
