Many are currently doing the proverbial banging their head against the wall, because they feel like they're stuck in a cycle or loop; every time they feel like they've "broken free" and start to change, something seems to happen to cause them to fall back into a habit or pattern they otherwise thought they'd left behind.
Habits (and patterns) are created by the ego... to allow for quick and mind-less (or consciousness-less) actions and behavior to "keep us safe"... or so we THINK (and/or convinced ourselves)...
Let's talk about what's underlying all of this, and how we can break out of the cycle... habit... pattern once and for all!
