Dr. Bailey sits down with business owner and advocate Nikki Fraizer of Sweet Encounter Bakery, a Black-owned business in Lansing, Michigan to discuss how and why she got started. Nikki embodies the spirit of legends; entrepreneurs like Booker T. Washington, who founded The National Negro Business League, renamed The National Business League in 1966, which supported Black entrepreneurs and helped them start and grow their businesses.
