This week French is joined by her close friend Reuben as they share their thoughts on the current training situation in the UK for all athletes. Light is also shed on how training for athletes deemed as 'elite' or 'non-elite' completely differs and whether or not they agree with England Athletic's decisions. The pair also speak about how they have adapted to training as a result of the numerous lockdowns. They then move onto speak about what success means to them as individuals, and they briefly share some of their highlights in the sport.
