The Bears take care of business as a TEAM to get their third win at home this season. The offense, especially Caleb Williams, continues to improve every week and the offensive line continues to give Williams and the running backs opportunities to move the ball. The Bears left for London on Moday to get a head start to face the Jaguars. However, with some key injuries on the Bears defense, the struggling Jaguars might not be as much of a pushover as the Panthers were last week.
The Chicago Bears looked more like a complete team at Home against the Rams. The Bears seemed to be clicking on all phases of the game, but nothing was very flashy. There is still a lot of work on the offense, and the defense has to tighten things up as well. The Bears face the Carolina Panthers at home this week, and Caleb Williams has an opportunity to have a big game against a defense that is not the best.
Bears Offense is still not in sync, the Offensive line is still terrible, the Coaching staff is not in sync, and the Defense can't make a stop when they need to. This "dominant" Bears defense could not stop the run and the Colts get their first win of the season. There were some improvments, but even then the Bears couldn't come up with a win. The Rams are struggling with injuries and come to town to face off against this disoraganized team.
The Bears have so many problems, but the biggest is the offensive line. Caleb Williams was sacked 7 times, and the Bears couldn't do anything on offense. As the Bears lick their wounds they simply need to do better to have a chance. If they don't they will come home with the imprint of a horseshoe on their face.
The Chicago Bears offense did absolutely nothing. That won't work out well in Houston if they can't improve immensely this weekend. The Defense & Special teams played extremely well, especially in the second half. Can that momentum continue against a high-powered Texans offense? If there is any hope to take a win in Houston, the defense will need to, as well as the offense takes a big step forward.
The time is now! The season literally kicks-off today! I took some time to go through my predictions for the season and went through the Titans game. The Caleb Williams era begins today. He has a lot of pressure on his shoulders, but will the jitters get to him finally is the answer. If the pressure does get to him will the defense be able to answer and help the Bears seal a win in the season and home opener! There are a lot of question marks, excitement, and anticipation!
The NFL has released the schedule for the upcoming season! With all the major changes the Bears have made, can they make the playoffs? Training camp hasn't happened, and final acquisitions have yet to come, but everyone is making their own predictions for this very tough NFC North Division.
The Chicago White Sox have a long season ahead of themselves. However, the Northside Cubs are sitting at number 1 in the division, and might be in the perfect spot for when the All-Star break comes in July. With over a month until that time, both teams have some things to work on. The season is so long that even the last place White Sox could make a push for the playoffs, but if you consider making that bet you might want to wait.
Not a lot of surprises in the NFL Draft, but a lot of excitment. Ryan Poles, and the Bears organization, might have altered the course of this 100+ years-old football team! Let's break it all down!
Chicago has finally answered the great Justin Fields question, and sent him to Pittsburg! The Bears did the right thing to make him a Steeler, and give him a home where he wanted to go. GM Ryan Poles might have been able to get more, however, it seemed he did what was best for Fields, and not for draft capital. Now the only question is, who will the Bears draft? With the number one pick in the draft, there are plethra of QB's available. When QB's are drafted, they walk into a tough situtation. The Bears look like they are set up to start winning off the bat. Will it be Caleb Williams, Drake Maye, Jayden Daniels, or someone else? Most seem to think it will be Williams the Bears choose, but if Poles has taught us anything, he is not the most predictable GM in the NFL.
