Leading up to the Real Wolrd Portland I want to catch up with some of the St. Thomas cast to see how they've been. Will have @MTVTrey  coming back on for the fourth time tying him in second with Latoya. What has he been up to since The Challenge and Real World St. Thomas. What advice does he have for the eight new roomates who will be on our screens in March.  Very curious on how  crazy it was in Baltimore after his Ravens   beat my 49ers and a  lot  more.
