In this episode, I get a little personal in regard to how my world has been flipped upside down. If you live long enough you will absolutely experience pain. This type of pain is the worst because there is no ibuprofen, Aleve, or even money that can soothe this type of pain.  This episode was therapeutic in a lot of ways and I wanted to capture it because I have not been the same since so deciding to speak about it was helpful.
