Focusing on positivity is usually a good thing. That being said, we also need to remember that mental health is an important part of having a positive perspective on the world around us. As 2020 draws to a close, we wanted to highlight some of the positive things that have happened this year, as well as invite you, the listener, to think about those positive aspects of your year which have outstripped the negative. While many things might not have been ideal, we can always choose to look for the good and choose to be happy.
