This week Destinista was joined by two of her cousins and they talked GRIEF. They went into the different ways it can show up, how the pandemic has exacerbated these feelings, shared how they've learned to deal with mourning and grieving different kinds of endings, the loss of loved ones, and told us the biggest lessons they've learned from grief. They also discussed the passing of DMX and shared what their initial reactions were. Sending so much love to anyone currently experiencing grief, it's not easy and never will be - lean on your support system.
