What's holding you back?
This week I want all my listeners to focus on 3 things 1. What makes you truly happy? 2. Write down one short term goal and one long term goal (remember short term goals- something you want to accomplish within 6 months and long term goals can take anywhere from 6 months or longer to complete – remember when you fail to plan you plan to fail. Lastly one day this week write down three things that went well for you this week and provide an explanation for why they went well. It’s important to write down and keep a physical record of what went well because this becomes your week of gratitude. If you find yourself focusing on negative feelings refocus your mind on the good events and the positive feelings that came with it. The more you do this the better you will feel and you will start to train your mind on positive things only.
