Still no explanation from North Vancouver RCMP as to why they've closed Capilano Road from Highway 1 south to 21st Street.  A caller to AM730 says police have been checking vehicles, and a police tent has been erected.  Police will only say they hope to re-open Cap Road early on in the morning rush hour.
