Someone in Coquitlam who had the extremely rare luck of winning the lottery has also been granted the rare privilege of remaining anonymous.  The B-C Lottery Corporation says it's allowing the winner of a 30-million-dollar jackpot to keep their identity secret contrary to prize conditions due to "extraordinary circumstances.''
