December 3rd marks the International Day of People with Disabilities, a day to raise awareness promoted by the UN since 1992. Approximately a quarter of the UK population live with a disability, and in the past 10 years, the number has increased by nearly 5 million. As more people face living with a disability, Petrie wants to know, have things got better for them?
