Today I'm thinking about happiness ... and how to 'get' it. My own experience, which I talk about in the intro, is not that you 'get' happy. Instead, I believe you become happy -- and often as the direct result of some of life's most challenging experiences.
I wanted to speak to Dr. Robert Puff, a clinical psychologist, because he's one of the leading experts out there on the subject of happiness. Specifically, I wanted to find out more around the 'science' of happiness. Is it about circumstances, good or bad, or can we actively shift our own thinking, attitudes and ideas towards living a happier life?
Or ... perhaps ... there is some other approach that doesn't have anything at all to do with thinking or philosophies OR circumstances?
