"Journal to Growth" is the name of Sabrina Whittaker's planning and quality review system for iterative development and a related suite of products/services/resources from Orchids Octopi. In its most basic form, the framework is a collection of brain dumps undergoing the process of refinement. When applied to web design, business analytics, or society & culture, it's a means for writing thoughtful and impactful commentary.

The framework is centered around the idea of maintaining two distinct yet interrelated “notebooks” or workspaces, which is why we've nicknamed it the "Two-Notebook" system. Those two spaces are:

- The “Everything” Space: this is where your creative mind is free to roam

- The “Focused” Space: this is your organized, actionable area where creativity meets strategy
