Hi! I'm Cara. Welcome to my podcast. This will be all about dealing with (or not knowing how to deal with) struggles. Things like every day stressors and frustrations: pressures from society, and heavier topics like childhood trauma. I’m looking for the deep in my soul, all the way to the core of my being, happy that I’ve been looking for all my life. I believe all of us are meant to feel this kind of happy.  I’m closer than I’ve ever been, but the road is long, and I’m still traveling it.  Come and join me!
