This podcast will be full of ideas and scientific data that will help you grow and when necessary change the way you see things so that you may begin to learn who you truly are, grow into your best self and live life on your terms. The hope for this podcast is that it helps you remove barriers to happiness and success created by old beliefs passed down from your ancestors that no longer serve a purpose in your life. We will dive deep, discover ah ha moments by interviewing individuals living on their own terms or survivors of trauma. Most of all we will have fun doing it! Let's Grow!!!!
