Winter storm Elliott brought ice, sub-zero temperatures and high winds to much of the U.S. leading to a cascade of cancellations and delays over the busiest travel weekend of the year. On Monday alone there were over 4,000 flight cancellations in the U.S. and over 9,000 delays.
