I am finally out of the teens! Here it is, Episode 20 and I recollect of the emotion Nas had in Time is Illmatic when he had completed his debut and He said and I quote "Here it is, this is song number 1" except this isn't an album but the 20th episode of my podcast. Its surreal because of where I came from. I wanted to express this is the show credits for Love Overdxse (Ep 19), but I had other feelings for that episode.

On this episode, I speak to the second Booker T. Washington Alumni to be on my podcast! Rodney and I have been going back and forth about doing this episode for 2 months. Timing and everything is critical. We speak about the authenticity of his IG page verses his gym (7:30). He sites Primetime 3000 for the imaginary and ability to capture the most intricate moments while his trainers are MOTIVATING, COACHING, INSPIRING and CORRECTING actions of his clients. I was captivated by the gym for the simple fact that there are individuals in HOUSTON who have come from ground up to create visions that have changed their lives! His level of professionalism inspired me to speak more eloquently. He recollects on journey and sites that he worked for a few gyms (13:50) and upon meeting a client whose father was working as a regional manager for precision drilling (14:45)! That clients father would later give Rodney a job and that's where Rodney got his financial backing but his passion for fitness had him purchasing a piece of equipment every time he when to a Walmart. Rodney constantly site his faith as the source that provided him opportunity after opportunity! The most important thing that Rodney said was that you have to make up in your mind you that you can do it. It starts with the preparation of your mind! (22:00) God is Grand remember that!
