Episode 21 I'm in Lewisville, TX with Ade and Brie Ogundipe! Together they run Addy Daddy Seasoning. Let me begin with creatives gone create, I think its important to say that a key ingredient to my podcast is I like to go into the creatives home and do the podcast in their space. I do that for a couple of reasons, 1) I feel that some of the energy in the room touches me; I get to see how the creatives moves in their personal space. Do they have kids, do they live alone, etc. 2) I want the creative to not have to move much when they come on. I want them to be comfortable! Ade sites that discovering that he had high blood pressure pushed him to work out more consistently! He went from Tonys Chachere's, to Mrs. Dash to Webbers but still felt it was salty. Ade ordered bulk of seasonings grind it by himself! He smoked his own turkey and according to him it came out good. Ade sites that he loves to cook but doesn't like all those ingredients and His goal is for people to get the flavor without all the saltiness. One thing I love is that Brie and Ade work jointly to produce this creation. He spoke on the fact that there were no obstacles in bringing her on! She was a 100% in from the jump.
