House Bill 12, a bill that would legalize recreational cannabis in New Mexico, stalled in the final hours as the 60 day legislative session came to an end on Saturday. Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham said that she's planning to call a special session to get the bill over the finish line. Will it pass this time?
