Joining John Howell is Leanne Redden, the executive director of the Regional Transportation Authority here in Chicago.  She and John discuss what the RTA needs from the city and Mayor Johnson as they look forward to their future. She also answers all sorts of transportation questions, including those about construction, short-term planning, and long-term methods of funding the continent's third-largest transit system.
