Financial pressure on campuses is reaching new heights, with presidents and provosts pressuring enrollment leaders to grow enrollment and increase tuition revenue.  In this episode I am joined by Dr. Naronda Wright, incoming president of NAGAP,  who shares her perspective on what’s happening in graduate enrollment management relative to sustaining campuses. Dr. Wright is Associate Dean, Graduate Student Services at Georgia Southern University and previously served as DIrector of Graduate Admissions at Augusta University.

Dr. Wright is widely recognized for her research in transformative leadership practices and their impact on student success. Her work has been published in several esteemed academic journals, and she regularly presents at national conferences on topics related to educational equity and reform. Dr. Wright has also served on the Board of NAGAP, the Association for Graduate Enrollment Management, and was recently elected President of the organization.
