Vinay has been a software engineer for his whole post college career and even interned in the field before then, so he is wildly well versed on the topic. They discuss everything from what even is software engineering to how to stay up to date with the latest developments in the field. They dive into the work life balance in the tech industry, what it means to get "promoted" in the software engineering field and the skills and knowledge it takes to succeed.
