A recent poll of working Americans found the traditional 9-5 work hours are no longer compatible with employee home-life or lifestyle. Those polled said a 9-5 work schedule is an old idea that should be updated.
The poll also addressed pay dates which had the opposite reaction. Instead of bi-weekly or bi-monthly paychecks, working Americans would like to see weekly pay make a comeback.
