Exodus 16:1-15

Today we began a new sermon series about stories from the Bible that involve food. In today's story the Israelites complain about their lack of food. God provides manna, the bread from heaven. How do we complain today our lack? In times of crisis we turn to an imaginary past and we give up on the future. In what ways is God truly providing constant blessings? When you wake up and look at your day ask yourself, "What does this day hold?" I hope that God's word will inspire you to answer, "Today is a great gift and God supplies me with everything I need!"
