What's Really in Your Salmon? Microscope + Rotifer Test. I put three different salmon samples — fresh wild caught, farm raised, and a salmon sushi roll — under the microscope to see what's actually going on at a cellular level. Then, to test biological reactivity, I introduced live rotifers to each sample and observed how they responded.

This is a hands-on, visual comparison — not a lab-grade scientific study — done out of curiosity about differences between wild and farmed fish, and what a sushi-grade cut looks like once you get past what the eye can see.
