What’s the Best Way to Answer FAQs from My Clients? | Keynote Clarity for Thought Leaders with Jon Cook Flash Briefing

Listen Later

We all have an idea of the top five or 10 questions we constantly receive from our clients or prospects about our craft. Whether you’re a financial advisor, an executive coach, or a podcaster helping Mamas thrive more with parenting, you can probably list the top five or so questions you hear on a weekly basis if not more regularly.
One of the best ways I’ve seen with answering FAQs is to create a high-quality piece of content that answers one question per piece of content. It could be a blog article or a podcast episode or a longer video.
Whatever medium you decide to use, focus on a couple of different ways people ask the same general question, and then, dig into the ‘why’ behind why someone may ask that question. After digging into the potential motivators, give a clear, succinct answer to that question and go into more detail as needed to expand on your answer.
This gives you an evergreen piece of content that you can reference and share with your clients and prospects. This helps answer each question in more detail without having to ‘reinvent the wheel’ with each conversation.
Most importantly, it shows your audience, your target Market, that you care about serving them through great content well before they even pay you a dime. That’s a priceless connection that your audience will notice.
