"What's the Conversion Rate?" is a Stupid Question - Here's why.

You can't get the right answer if you ask the wrong question.  The most annoying thing that I'm asked about when it comes to internet leads is “What's the conversion rate?” I get asked so frequently that I wanted to address it head-on, once and for all.  It is a stupid question.
