The focus of the podcast is for me to have a space to honestly share my experience in this world. For nearly 8 years, I have been learning how to live more intentionally with each passing season. Slowly, I have been picking up new skills and habits to make my life more sustainable while at the same time discarding old habits that no longer serve my purpose to live.
