It is time to change my mindset and look at challenges in life differently and have positive outlook on life. I also talked about how I have boundaries I need in my life due to my ADHD and being an empath. Lastly, the episode ends by talking about how difficult it is to advocate for yourself and the troubles I have had doing so.
