Sharon Lyles is the founder and Executive Director of the Central Florida Diaper Bank. With more than 31 years of experience in nonprofit leadership and public service, she has dedicated her career to helping families and individuals access essential hygiene products and other basic necessities. Today, the organization serves people across the lifespan, promoting health, dignity, and well-being throughout the community.
