I'm finally back from my hiatus!
It's been a long 4 months since the last episode. The key word in today's episode is "Obedience"

Well it looks like I'm finally finding out the answer to that question...
It's only February and I've been working like we're in the fourth quarter already.

I let go of a lot of my bad habits during my 31 day reset this month, but the most important thing that I let go of was my old mindset. Tune in to hear how I feel now that my reset is coming to a close and how I plan on moving forward!
