Wow in the previous episodes we have had some wonderful interviews. My friend Jon who told us about his journey into running and the issues he is currently
having. Then we interview Stuart who is a professional Triathlete and was part of the 2012 Olympic team. His story was real lesson on not giving up on your dreams. From not being selected in 2004 to being part of the team eight years later.
Last but not least we talked to Caitlin. She has an amazing story. From being told she had 40 minutes to live to becoming a coach and then start an amazing running community. She truly is an inspiring person.
If you hadn't listened to them I strongly recommend you do. If nothing else you won't hear my dulcet tones.
