In this solo episode of the What’s Up Dad Podcast, Grayson is back with co-host Nala (goldendoodle) and a bag of freeze-dried beef liver bites… and we get into real dad life. 

We talk about the things dads don’t always say out loud: the awkwardness of public bathrooms with kids (especially daughters), how parenting changes when kids start getting older and emotions get bigger, and the invisible mental load men carry when they won’t talk to their wives, friends, or God.
