We are switching gears and going to a podcast I got to record about a week before the word "pandemic" could be found anywhere within 2 seconds of browsing the internet.  We travel to a much more fun time when I got to sit down with one of Downtowns staples in the Food Industry from my favorite Pizza Spot Good Pie.  Vincent Rotolo has been feeding DTLV since his start on Fremont Street at another local favorite Pizzeria Evel Pie (the question of Good Vs. Evel has been answered within this recording!) and has opened his own spot in The Pawn Plaza making some of the finest Pies this side of the Mississippi.  Vince's energy and passion are just as addicting as his pizza and anyone that has ever spent more than 5 minutes with his knows he is all about feeding the community through art, food, and love that you can taste in every bite!  We get chat to a little about his downtown journey and his future plans that are already rolling out for Good Pie 2.0 in the Arts District!
